We do not sell or share your personally identifiable information with outside parties except the trusted service providers listed above (who are required to keep your information confidential and use it only to help us operate our website and systems), or when disclosure is required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety. Data Deletion Requests

For data submitted through our Red Belt Gym–powered systems, you may request deletion of your personal data by emailing rbgsupport@redbeltsoftware.com. Upon verification, associated personal data will be permanently deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business records.

Data Retention & Security

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. We use industry-standard security practices, including secure servers, restricted access, and encrypted data transmission (SSL/TLS), to protect your information. Payment transactions are processed through PaySimple's secure, PCI-compliant systems and are not stored on our local servers.
