Who It's For

What to Expect in a Trial Class
Expect a calm, unhurried environment. Your first class will introduce basic stances and movement sequences at a pace suited to your body, with an instructor guiding breathing and form throughout. Comfortable, loose clothing and flat shoes are ideal.
